- MHMPAC makes no judgments about the validity or theology of the Church of Scientology.
- MHMPAC seeks only to prevent the ideology of the Church of Scientology from being forced on others through legislation.
- Beginning in 1999 and continuing through this legislative session there have been 28 Scientology bills introduced by multiple members of the Arizona state legislature.
- Most of these were aimed at children.
- And most of the legislators who supported them are still in office.

This website contains research that has been gathered to expose current members of the legislature who support legislation that would inhibit the ability of Arizonan’s to access diagnosis, treatment and the medications used to treat mental illness.

support Scientology legislation are
accountable to their constituents.
What You Can Do - Find out if your Legislators support Scientology legislation.
- Call or email them.
- Look at previous legislation they have supported.
- Join a Legislative Alert email list. Send an email to: Swalton@mentalhealthmattersnow.com Include "Add to Leg. Alert List" in the Subject window.
- Notify us of any Scientology news or activity you become aware of.
